Paragliding Greece

For flying holidays at Mount Olympus Thessaloniki is the closest airport for your arrival in Greece. From here you will drive 1,5 h or 120 km to Mount Olympus on the new built highway towards Athens.
For our flying tours in South Greece you can arrive and depart from Athens airport, where we will meet you for the tour.
As well there are smaller international airports, which we use, depending on our flyinng program, just ask us for your convinience!

Olympic Wings is flying all the year round in Greece. In spring we expect strong thermal conditions, in summer you can find the best XC posibilities with highest cloud bases, in autumn thermals are wide and smooth even for beginner pilots and in winter we have good thermals below the snow and great hike & fly opportunities in the beautiful landscape. Greece offers all year round great flying! Soaring is possible all the year at our nínteresting spots close to the coast or high up in the mountains.

Yes, we are a registered and licensed paragliding school and centre – by FAI, ELAO and APPI.
Normally we offer beginner lessons during the months November, December, January and February.
We have small groups, mostly pricate lessons from 1 to 5 students.
You learn as fast as you can and feel good.
New, checked and complete beginner equipment special for your weight and height.
Start with us and go on wherever and whenever you like with our partner schools all over Europe.
