In the middle of March 2013 the paragliding school Chiemsee visited us for a week holiday with a lot of interesting paragliding flights in Greece. Petra and Wolfgang guided the group of their pilots with passion, they have been here at Olympic Wings already several years ago and know our area well.

Olympic Wings wishes all pilots, friends and your families a Happy New Year 2013 with a lot of great, enjoyable and safe flights!
On 01. January 2013 we had a nice New Year flight to the beach, following our tradition.
In the first week of January Wolfgang and his pilots from the Austrian paragliding club „Hohe Wand“ came to us and started our paragliding holidays season 2013.
The Alkionidis Days during the first half of January bring nice, warm and sunny weather to Greece.
The pilots enjoyed some great thermalling flights with XC from Kalivia at Mount Olympus.
Some days with northern winds provided thermal conditions at the Little Church with flights over the castle and landing at the beach.

The group of Flugschule Göppingen spent a great time in the beginning of November at Mount Olympus with thermal flights from the different sites around Mount Olympus.
An excursion to the worldfamous Meteora Monasteries with some flying at the hills of Farkadona on the way towards the monasteries and a trip to the hot baths of Aridea for relaxation were other highlights of the holiday.
